I first met Jordan a couple of years ago, when a friend had arranged for a 'clicker training session for her horse. I booked a session for the same day, not quite knowing what to expect, or more to the point, how my three ponies would behave. What an absolutely lovely, calm and extremely patient lady Jordan is. She completely took on board all the information I gave her about my mare (we believe her to have had very bad experiences in the past with people, and she can be quite dangerous at times) and very quickly gained her trust. She explained the procedure thoroughly, and gave us practical tasks to complete. This was all done with the utmost respect to each of the three ponies, no pressure at all. We have since had a few sessions, even having a go at pony agility, just to show us how far we had come with the lovely positive reinforcement training that we have been practicing (yes, we get homework, and full online help if needed). We all thoroughly enjoy our training sessions with Jordan, and everyone can see how much the ponies have gained in confidence since we started. Would highly recommend to anyone.
