Deposits

As of February 1st 2025 I now request that a small deposit be paid for any session that you book with me. This will be 25% of the total session cost and can be paid via BACS at the time of booking (or at another agreed time). If you need to cancel your session any time before the timeframe where cancellation fees apply the deposit will be refunded to you.

Cancellation Fees

As of January 1st 2025, cancellation fees now apply. These are as follows:

Cancellation within 5 days of scheduled appointment- 25% of session cost to be paid

Cancellation within 48 hours of session (2 days before actual date of session)- 50% of session cost to be paid

Cancellation within 24 hours of session (day before or day of session)- 100% of session cost to be paid 

*On yard days, pairs sessions ect the fee will apply to all cancelled bookings on that date for each session

In extreme circumstances (Extreme and unsafe weather conditions, horse or handler emergency) this fee may not be applied.

Late Payment Fees

All services can be paid for via BACS or cash on the day for in person sessions. 

If paying via BACS full payment is due any time before the session, or at the time of the session. 

For online services payment is to be sent before the session will go ahead. 

Any sessions which remain unpaid for 48 hours after the appointment will unfortunately incur a £5 late payment fee.

In some cases a later payment may be arranged depending on the circumstances and by having a chat with me to arrange this, I am more than happy to accommodate where needed.

I reserve the right to cancel any appointment made, I strive to not do so wherever possible, but in certain circumstances including bad weather I may need to do so. In these cases sessions will be rearranged.

In the case of bad weather a session may not be able to go ahead- I live up on the North Yorkshire moors so it is not always safe for me to travel on the day as conditions can change easily. Please do let me know if the location you are based is also unsafe to access, or unsafe for your horse to have a session, due to extreme weather and we can rearrange under these circumstances (heavy snowfall, ice, flooding ect).
